Michael Sweitzer is a dynamic, forward thinking business development professional with more than 20 years in commercial real estate, management and international business. He has led the company’s parent organization, nVision Capital Partners in brokerage, procurement, finance and in the energy sector.
In the early part of his career, he managed multi-family apartment buildings in New York City and spent time remodeling and building single family homes. Michael also has a background in managing a large base of employees and client locations in the general business sector, and spent some time working for one of the Country’s largest public organizations.
In 2006 Michael moved to Newport Rhode Island and built upon the existing real estate business to expand it’s reach into the energy sector. Still established today, nVision Energy Solutions provides commercial clients with a transparent avenue to managing this area of spend.
In 2018, Michael moved his enterprise to Houston Texas to further expand the companies interest in real estate development, global supply chain services and the modular sector.
Leading the organizations endeavors, he remains passionate about each sector and carrying out best practices to provide the company’s present and future client base with out of the box ideas, and solutions.
Michael is also the Founder of nVision Energy Solutions, co-founder of nVision Medical Supply Solutions and The Modular Group, LLC.
Mark has been a Broker of Record/Associate Broker for over 20 years in the New York and Pennsylvania markets. During his career he has sold and leased in all aspects of the real estate sector. For his business he has traveled to many locations around the world and within the continental United States.Sales and negotiation are not only his profession but also his life-long passion and prides himself in delivering the best service within his power. Marks background and experience fit exceptionally well with the responsibilities and requirements one seeks for their next acquisition or disposition.
Through his work in commercial real estate and advisory, Mark has had to source and screen thousands of investment opportunities and make recommendations based upon established underwriting criteria and due diligence protocols and then model specific scenarios for presentation to senior decision makers.
As an owner and manager it has been his responsibility to manage and utilize his extensive rolodex of professionals from sovereign governments to publicly traded companies. As a broker of record in a highly dynamic market, Mark prides himself on his ability to think rapidly and communicate effectively under pressure. Creative insights and solutions are a strength.
