Orders over $1,000 qualify for free 3-day shipping depending on quantity of items bought. We ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx in most of the continental US. While we pay for 3-day shipping for orders that qualify we can not promise that USPS, UPS or FedEx don’t have occasional delays. Therefore occasionally orders may take more then 3 business days to arrive at destination even though we shipped it under our 3-day free shipping policy.

Orders under $1,000, do not qualify for free 3-day shipping. In those cases the item description will specify the terms and conditions to ship those items.

While we strive for orders placed by noon to be shipped the following business day it is possible for delays to occur. We strive to ship our orders even faster when possible.

Our software will email regular updates, tracking numbers and other useful information for customers to be able to track their orders. Please provide an email address in order to be able to receive the updates. Please also make sure the emails are not blocked by your email server or labeled as “spam”.
